Pattern Maker | Champion | Pyrmont
We are looking for an experienced Pattern Maker to join our Champion Team and provide pattern and technical specifications for our outerwear and underwear categories

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Develop patterns & design samples in internal sample room &technical specification for new shape development.
- Develop & maintain garment blocks that ensure consistency of fit for the product.
- Work together with design & technical teams (Australia & overseas) to ensure consistent approach is developed and maintained with relation to agreed fit process
- Develop best fit garments that meet brand requirements
- Provide garment specifications and accurate technical drawings in PLM.
- Sample management
- Provide technical support to Design for new concepts and shapes

**Essential for your success is**:

- Extensive experience in pattern making and grading, with a strong eye for detail
- Inspirational team player capability - when a job needs doing, you'll make sure it gets done taking the team on the journey
- Strong written and verbal communication talents and exceptional time management and organisational skillswithout them you will be lost
