**Why This Role is for You**

We’re looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Lead Restoration Technician to join our Brisbane team, supporting projects from Brisbane and surrounds. Based in Brisbane, this is a pivotal role that combines technical expertise with leadership, project coordination, client management, and estimation responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage complex restoration projects from assessment to completion, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.
- Conduct comprehensive site assessments, including moisture mapping, damage reports, and photo documentation.
- Prepare detailed scopes of work and estimates, with a strong understanding of industry standards and insurer requirements.
- Assist the State Manager with the oversight and coordination of field technicians, subcontractors, managing workflow, logistics, and on-site execution.
- Perform hands-on restoration work when required, including water extraction, structural drying, and mould remediation.
- Mentor junior technicians and support ongoing skills development within the team.
- Accurately record and manage project data using digital tools, including workflow systems (Prime experience highly regarded).
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, client specifications, and internal procedures.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Extensive restoration experience, including water/fire damage mitigation, mould remediation, structural drying, and restoration project delivery. Ideally, you are at least IICRC WRT certified.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to guide and support team members on-site.
- Demonstrated experience in insurance-based restoration with a solid understanding of assessment and estimating processes.
- Hands-on skills, including safe removal of materials such as carpet, skirting, and plasterboard when needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, trades, and internal teams.
- Highly organised, with strong time management and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Proficient with tablets, smartphones, and restoration workflow software (Prime knowledge a bonus).
- Valid Driver’s Licence and White Card - essential.
- Willing to travel across Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Northern Rivers, including occasional overnight stays.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
