In addition to shifts during the week, the successful applicant must be available Saturdays and Sundays on an alternating rotation and be able to provide additional leave coverage from time to time to cover for sick or annual leave.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Clear verbal skills with professional telephone manner
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience using Best Practice (preferred but not necessary)
- Ability to multi-task under pressure with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High standard of personal integrity to maintain patient/doctor confidentiality
- Empathetic understanding and have the ability to provide the utmost respect and support for all patients and clinicians

**The position will involve**:

- Providing vital front line reception and administration support to this busy practice
- Organising referrals and appointment bookings
- Being the first point of contact for all queries
- Assisting clinicians with photocopying, filing, data entry, referral letters, scanning etc.
- Completing ad-hoc tasks when required
- Supporting the practice manager with reporting or compliance
- General cleaning
- An understanding of infection control procedures and cold chain management.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
All patients are required to wear face masks in the clinic. High traffic areas are regularly sanitised and staff wear N95 masks and additional PPE when required.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Richmond N, SW 2754: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: One location
