**Position Overview**:
Join our team at AA SAA HEE Jungle Acai Shop as a casual employee, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation within our vibrant and health-focused environment. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about healthy living and enthusiastic about providing top-notch service to our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting from our menu of acai bowls, smoothies, and other products.
- Prepare acai bowls and smoothies according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including dining areas, service counters, and preparation areas.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Assist in stocking inventory and maintaining adequate supply levels of ingredients and packaging materials.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth shifts and exceptional customer experiences.
- Provide recommendations and information about our products and ingredients to customers.
- Uphold AA SAA HEE Jungle Acai Shop's standards of quality and service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
- Passion for healthy living and knowledge of acai and other superfoods is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
