**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking committed and dynamic **Casual Teachers** to inspire our students. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate educators, including recent graduates, to contribute to a vibrant learning environment and support each student's potential.

**Your Role Will Include (but is not limited to)**:

- Differentiating learning to cater to diverse student needs and maximize their growth.
- Utilising sound understanding of learning environments, lesson plans, technology, and effective assessment practices.
- Committing to continuous improvement of your teaching practice and professional development.
- Working creatively and constructively within school communities and setting high, achievable goals for students.
- Motivating students to achieve and fostering a lifelong love of learning.
- Performing tasks as directed by the Principal or delegate.

**About You**:
To thrive in this rewarding role, you will align with the core purpose and values of St John Paul II Catholic College, demonstrating:

- A Tertiary Qualification in Education
- Current Statements of Service.
- Valid Working with Children Check clearance.
- NESA Accreditation.
- Effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
