**The Role**

**Additionally you will be required to**:

- Undertake root cause analysis and replication steps for key vendors
- Develop and maintain systems and program documentation
- Liaise with other IT teams and the wider business to resolve problems

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science/IT
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Troubleshooting, problem solving and digital literacy skills
- Experience with Insurance Broking Systems will be preferred
- Insurance Tier 1 or Tier 2 Compliance certification highly regarded
