**Luxury Home Care** is expanding its elite subcontractor team. We deliver high-standard, in-home cleaning services across Melbourne-and we're seeking experienced, self-managed professionals to join our brand.

This is **not** **casual gig work.**This is a subcontractor position for those who operate with excellence, consistency, and independence.

**Role Summary**:
As a residential cleaning subcontractor, you'll be assigned premium clients in your preferred region. You'll travel **on the road**, directly to homes, delivering cleaning services with professionalism and precision. No office, no micromanagement-just structured autonomy and weekly pay.

**Key Details**:

- **$30-$40/hour**,based on experience
- **ABN required** ( subcontractor arrangement)
- Minimum availability**:2 shifts/week** ( Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat preferred)
- Must have your **own reliable vehicle**:

- **All cleaning products and equipment are fully provided**:

- **Police check required** (or willingness to obtain)

**Who This Role Suits**:
Due to client-specific privacy and cultural preferences, this position is best suited to **female-identifying subcontractors.** However, we welcome all experienced applicants from diverse backgrounds.

You are:

- Experienced (2+ years in residential or commercial cleaning)
- Independent and reliable (able to work unsupervised)
- Respectful, presentable, and punctual
- Clear and courteous in client communication
- Obsessed with cleanliness, quality, and consistency

**Your Responsibilities**:

- General residential cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, surfaces)
- Deep cleans and move-out cleans (as assigned)
- Light household duties (bins, beds, tidying)
- Professional and respectful client interaction

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
