Frigg Cleaning Services is looking for experienced and dependable independent cleaning subcontractors to join our team. We specialize in delivering exceptional residential cleaning services, and we need professionals who take pride in their work and are committed to customer satisfaction.

**Position**: Independent Cleaning Subcontractor
**Location**: Inner West Melbourne
**Type**: Subcontractor (Independent Contractor)

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality cleaning services for residential clients, including tasks like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
- Follow specific cleaning instructions provided by clients to ensure their homes are spotless and well-maintained.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with clients while in their homes.
- Complete all assigned cleaning jobs on time and to a high standard.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in residential cleaning.
- Must have your own cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality service.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes within the service area.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Must have liability insurance (or be willing to obtain it).
- Ability to provide references from previous residential clients.
- Experience with specialized residential cleaning tasks (e.g., deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning).

**As a subcontractor, it is expected that you have;**
- Valid ABN or be willing to obtain one;
- Insurances
- Drivers licence
- Valid Australian police check

**Compensation**:

- Competitive rates based on experience and the size of the job.
