Meeting with Clients to discuss their expectations and preferences to provide the basic housekeeping duties which is vacuuming, dusting, moping, cleaning windows and scouring bathrooms. This position description includes, but not limited to the following

**Areas**

**House Cleaning Services**

Kitchen Area
- Clean exteriors of appliances
- Dispose of kitchen waste and replacing new waste bag on bin
- Clean of windowsill, cabinet fronts, tables and chairs
- Clean the stove top and rangehood
- Clean bench tops and backsplash
- Scrub the sink
- Clean inside and outside of oven/microwave
- Sweep/vacuum and mop the floor

Bedroom Area
- Change bedding
- Dust lamps, lampshades, picture frames, furniture and fixture
- Clean windowsill and mirrors
- Dispose bedroom trash and replacing new waste bag on bin
- Vacuum carpets including under bed if accessible
- Vacuum and mop non-carpeted floor
- Clean wall marks on request
- Remove cobwebs
- Wipe down skirting boards

Bathroom Area
- Scrub and disinfect of tub and shower area, sink, shower screen
- Scrub basin and vanity, all items removed and replaced
- Scrub and disinfect toilets, including base and behind
- Clean cabinet fronts, windowsill, mirrors
- Clean ceiling/exhaust fan
- Treat mould and scrub
- Dispose of bathroom waste and replacing new waste bag on bin
- Vacuum and mop the floor

Living/Dining Area
- Dust fans, picture frames, furniture and fixtures
- Use vacuum cleaner to remove dust on upholstered furniture and carpets
- Straighten cushions and pillows
- Clean windowsill, tabletops, cabinet fronts
- Vacuum carpets including under furniture if accessible
- Vacuum and mop non-carpeted floor

Stair, Hallways, Common Areas
- Dust all furniture and picture frames
- Wipe down skirting board
- Remove cobwebs
- Spot clean wall marks
- Wipe down window sills
- Dust or wipe down lamp shades
- Clean glass tables and TV screens (Plasma on request)
- Vacuum and mop floor

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Shift work

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dandenong VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
