An exciting opportunity to join a specialist Underwriting Agency with this ISR Property Underwriting role. Our client are a few years on the scene and experiencing steady growth so this is a fantastic time to be on board and help take this business to the next level.

This is a permanent full-time role based in North Sydney.

**The Role**:

- Achieve new business, rate and retention targets for assigned book of business to support the achievement of the companies revenue and profit goals
- Communicate with broker partners and existing clients
- Collaboration with senior underwriters to manage strategy and maintenance of a food and beverage portfolio including liaising with brokers, providing feedback and possible solutions to the underwriting team.
- Provide excellent service on all aspects of the role
- Attending market events on behalf of the company
- Contribute to the achievement of departmental goals relative to profit,
growth, service producer and client relations

**About you**:

- 5 years Insurance experience preferred
- Strong Property Underwriting and exposure to ISR experience
- Demonstrable ability to proactively identify and implement intelligent solutions to unique underwriting situations.
- Ability to build and grow new and existing relationships with both internal colleagues and external business partners.
