We are keen to bring on board other health professionals in our busy physiotherapy and personal training health care centre in Westmead (Synergy Fitness and Physiotherapy). Our clinic specialises in promoting positive life changes through physiotherapy, personal training, and group fitness. We are eager to diversify and offer additional health care services out of our facility, to provide a holistic approach to health, to assist people create positive health changes for the long term. We want a keen and passionate person who can connect well with clients and build their caseload to help as many people as possible. There is choice of contractor role (days per week) or lease options. This position is for someone who is self-motivated and eager to control their own book, without the stress of constant bills and business operations associated with opening and running their own facility. The clinic is located a few hundred metres from the centre of Parramatta, on Great Western Highway, Westmead. The agreement for a contractor will include: - Fully furnished room large enough to treat and consult with clients - Internet, storage space, kitchen, toilet, air conditioning/heating, water, electricity - Shared use of large welcoming reception area - Signage provided on busy main road - Integration into online systems for invoicing, calls, appointment bookings, appointment reminders, products, and payments - Marketing provided including social media posts (2k+ followers) and integration onto website - 3000+ website clicks/month, average ~5 initial consultation bookings per week - SEO’s google advertising for improved website traction - Cross referrals with 200+ members/clients from Synergy Fitness and Physio database - Referral links with local GP’s - Accessibility onto platforms for new clients - Referral sources with NDIS support coordinators - Excellent remuneration/commission ( >60% of billable hours) - 1x Parking spot provided. Easy parking for clients is also available on side street (2-hour free parking) - Potential use of gym rehab area if applicable - Training and ongoing education if applicable - HICAPs and additional equipment (e.g massage bed, needles, bands) may also be provided as requested.
