**About the opportunity**:

- Permanent role
- Based in North Sydney

As a Campaign Delivery Executive at oOh You’ll join a close knit team who are passionate about providing outstanding service and results to clients across a range of industries. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry and be nurtured and supported by your team and manager.

The Campaign Delivery Team forms part of the Platforms, Operations and Delivery team, that sits within the Revenue & Growth department at oOh Media. The Campaign Delivery Team are responsible for the implementation of advertising campaigns.

**Key responsibilities and experience**:

- Provide timely and accurate information to clients and our sales team across upcoming campaigns
- Test and schedule static and digital creative files
- Organize print and installation of material.
- Collate information from various sources and enter data accurately into our system within strict deadlines
- Pro-actively troubleshoot and problem solve by liaising with relevant stakeholders internally and externally

**You will also have**:

- We’re looking for a highly motivated professional who is very organized, can multitask, handle high volumes of requests, has exceptional attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast paced, results driven environment.
- You’ll be process driven, proactive and a problem solver and with good communication skills.
- You’ll have the ability and eagerness to learn and operate new platforms and tools and be proficient in MS Office.
- Out Of Home advertising media experience is preferred, but not necessary, just a willingness to learn and grow in this exciting and fast-paced industry
