The company want to recruit an experienced QSR Operations Manager to develop strong relationships with franchisees to coach, support and influence them to deliver on the operational agenda and growth of sales and profit by maximizing operational efficiencies.

The Operations Manager will also ensure implementation of marketing programs and strategies as well as protect the brand through consistent execution of food safety and operational standards.

The Operations Manager will partner with franchisees in procedural compliance, building people capability and help in delivering winning strategies to evolve our business model and customer experience across our restaurant footprint in the region.

**Main Day-to-Day Role & Responsibilities**:

**Selection criteria**
- Degree level education essential with major in business or management discipline preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Asia Pacific region with relevant experience in operations management preferably in multi-outlet food/quick service restaurant environment (minimum 5 years) with responsibility for achievement of operations targets i.e. sales, profit, people management and development and procedural compliance.
- Minimum of 8-10 years experience in senior Operations/Sales Commercial position with accountability for sales, profit and people management essential. Experience with retail, service and/or multi-outlet industry highly regarded.
- Keen ability to form relationships, engage and influence all key stakeholders - franchisees, restaurant support centre cross-functional teams and senior management
- Ability to travel for long periods to multiple countries
- Strong leadership, time management and planning skills.
- High work ethic and ability to work without close supervision.
- Strong negotiating, influencing, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with managing conflict situations.
- Ability to work through others to achieve goals.
- Proven experience and ability into function in highly complex environment.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills
- Up to date with business and economic trends in the industry
