About the Opportunity:
LUCAS Restaurants is embarking on a significant period of growth, with a number of new restaurants opening in the next year.

To facilitate this, we are on the look-out for industry leading Supervisors, Assistant Managers, Bar Managers and Venue Managers to join the group and deliver a best-in-class experience for both our guests and crew.
- Demonstrated management experience in a high-volume a-la-carte restaurant
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
- Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew experience
- Strong understanding of management and restaurant practices
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Exemplary organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Experience with Deputy or similar time and attendance system
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

**Requirements**:

- Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Victorian RSA Certificate
