Doju is a beautifully appointed 50-seat fine-dining Korean restaurant in the heart of the CBD, helmed by an ex-Attica chef. We’re opening in a few weeks and need one or two FOH veterans to come on the journey with us.

Our food is based on authentic small-town Korean recipes, with a focus on local, farm to table produce. We’re also pretty serious about the beverage program, with a sharp selection of small production / mínimal intervention wine, as well and clever, high end cocktails.

We provide full training, but a degree food and beverage knowledge is an advantage.

The restaurant is opening six nights for dinner to start off (closed Sundays), so there are plenty of hours available, even before we expand to opening for lunch when people are back in offices.

Ideally, we’re looking to find someone with a real passion for food and wine, and who has a couple of years of experience in upscale dining.

**Salary**: $30.10 - $42.14 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
