**Position**: Inclusion Support Worker

**Location**: Explore and Develop Glenmore Park Early Learning Centre

**About Us**: We are an inclusive and vibrant Early Learning Centre located in Glenmore Park dedicated to nurturing young minds and fostering a sense of belonging for all children.

**Role Overview**: We are seeking an Inclusion Support Worker to join our team. As an Inclusion Support Worker, you will assist Educators to create a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to children with diverse learning needs.
- Assist Educators to adapt activities and materials to meet individual requirements.
- Promote a sense of belonging and inclusivity within the Centre.
- Support children in building social skills and self-confidence.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- No formal qualification required. This is an untrained position.
- Some experience working with children with diverse learning needs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment.
- Valid Working with Children Check.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $23.11 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

- GLENMORE PARK, NSW 2745: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
