**Administrative Support Assistant - Expression of Interest

**About this role**

As an Administrative Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Legislation Team within Pharmaceutical Services in the Legal and Regulatory Services Branch of the Ministry of Health. You will provide administrative support to the team, prepare agendas and minutes, and assist in activities relating to the implementation of new legislation. This position is perfect for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and has excellent communication skills.

**Crown Clerk 3/4**, salary from** **$79,032 - $86,539 plus Super and annual leave loading.

**What you'll be doing**
- Deliver a wide range of administrative support functions including, records management, accounts and routine purchasing, routine correspondence and meeting minutes, document compilation and distribution, preparation for meetings and conferences and data entry
- Assist with telephone enquiries and diary management, showing initiative in handling inquiries and redirecting to the relevant business unit or Officer
- Follow records management guidelines policy and procedures
- Produce routine business activity reports and provide assistance with recruitment activities
- Draft and prepare routine correspondence and template documents accurately with attention to detail
