Come and work at our established Bakery, We have a great team, front of house and back of house.

You will be hands on, with coffee and front of house experience, overseeing the growth of the bakery.
- Lead and manage the front-of-house team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure a high level of customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and handling any complaints or issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including seating areas, counters, and displays.
- Oversee the presentation and restocking of baked goods and other products in display cases.
- Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure smooth operations between the front and back of house.
- Handle cash and card transactions, manage the register, and balance daily sales reports.
- Assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the values and brand of Candied Bakery.
- Monitor inventory of front-of-house supplies and place orders as needed.
- Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.

As the Front of House Manager at Candied Bakery, you will be the face of our bakery, responsible for managing all customer-facing operations. You’ll oversee the front-of-house staff, ensuring that customers receives friendly, prompt service. Your role will also involve handling customer inquiries, maintaining the cleanliness of the front area, and assisting with daily operations to create a positive and efficient environment. You must have excellent specialty coffee experience and you will be required to train and maintain the high standard of coffee we serve.
