**Position: Baker**
**Responsibilities**
- Verify the cleanliness of equipment and the workplace before starting production, ensuring full compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
- Inspect the quality of raw materials and accurately measure ingredients required for each preparation.
- Knead, rest, cut, mould, mix, and shape dough and pastry products according to established recipes.
- Prepare and assemble pastry fillings for various baked goods.
- Oversee oven temperatures and monitor product appearance to adjust baking times as needed.
- Organize and manage the stages of forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning, and cooling batches of bread, rolls, and pastries.
- Operate specialized machinery to roll and mould dough and cut biscuits.
- Empty, clean, and grease baking trays, tins, and other kitchen equipment after use.
**Desired Skills & Qualifications**
- Certificate III or equivalent
- 1 year of full time experience or 2 part time.
**Salary**:
AUD 76.600 + super
Pay: From $76,600.00 per year
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
