**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for a casual production employee to work in our smallgoods factory spice room. This role consists of using computer programs to read, measure, and prepare ingredients ready to combine with our fresh meat.

Applicants are required to have a background in food manufacturing or production, need to be able to use computer programs with ease and have a high level of reading, writing and comprehension of English.

Shifts are Monday to Friday with some Saturday work leading up to our peak production period.

**About you**:
The successful applicants must possess the following attributes:

- To have a minimum year 10 high school education
- Previous smallgoods manufacturing and/or food manufacturing experience
- Must be effective in written/verbal communications.
- Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline
- Have computing skills in basic Office type software plus an ability to comprehend data presented electronically.
- Ability to be able to change and adapt to customer and business needs
- To have experience in servicing and liaising with internal and/or external customer

All positions are manually tasked and require a good comprehension of safety understanding and the ability to follow written and verbal instruction.

Willing to learn and train in food manufacturing industry for career advancement and development.
