Bankwest's Technology Division develops and executes all technical change within the organisation ensuring the leverage of technology to deliver the Bankwest strategy.

The role of the Operations Assistant will provide support to our 530 tech colleagues across the business.

**Do work that matters**:
You will provide part-time (3 days per week) office support to our Bankwest Technology team in Perth.
- Providing efficient, professional delivery of administrative and business support
- Inbox management
- Arranging events/functions (including catering where required)
- Coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements
- Corporate card reconciliations
- Managing the travel budget
- OHS monitoring and compliance
- Leave support for Executive Assistant
- Adhering to the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people.

**We're interested in hearing from people who have**:

- Superior skills in Microsoft Office tools, Jira and SharePoint
- Previous Operations Assistant experience
- The ability to manage workflow, priorities, work well under pressure and be flexible
- High level of pragmatic professionalism - face to face, over the phone and through correspondence
- Self-motivated individual, who displays a pro-active style, has exceptional attention to detail and an inherent desire to provide excellent customer service.
