Permanent career role with large company based new Perth airport

This large logistics company services a range of blue-chip clients throughout Australia.

They now have a key vacancy in their Commercial and Procurement team for a Contracts Analyst to be based at their head office by Perth Airport.

This position is responsible for leading the analysis of contractual agreements and business processes to ensure that the client is meeting the contractual obligations, exceeding customer service expectations and maximising revenue.

**Duties**:

- Manage and provide analytics to support business decisions in relation to contracts
- Manage and provide administrative and analytical support in reporting contractual KPIs and rates / charges
- Assist in the identification of contractual risks and opportunities
- Ensure all parties are fulfilling contractual obligations
- Influence and cooperate with various internal departments to ensure contractual compliance and market leading customer service
- Assist in the identification of areas for improvement within the team and wider business
- Provide guidance and leadership to the Contract Analyst
- Proactive gathering of market intelligence, bench marking data collation and analysis of industry trends

Skills required:

- Leadership skills (you will be managing one person)
- Commercial and financial analysis skills
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Ability to think creatively to solve problems and address potential service issues
- Critical thinking skills
- Sound knowledge of business procedures.

This role is on offer on a contract to permanent basis - we are ideally looking for someone who can start at relatively short notice. Please note their office is based by Perth Airport, so you should be within easy commuting distance.
