**About the Role**:
Working as part of a team of experienced marketing this role takes on responsibility for all paid media, search and social. Partnering with some of the biggest names in ecommerce this role offers the opportunity to test your skills with big names and big budgets. Unlike other agencies you'll work a very limited number of clients and there is no requirement for you to field questions from the client, they have someone else in the team to handle that. This gives you more time to focus on planning your marketing campaigns and exploring new ways to boost ROAS.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with other members of the team to help develop strategy for any paid marketing campaigns
- Budget management, making recommendations on spend and best use of budget available
- Work with team account manager to assist with any material needed for client presentations
- Set up and optimise campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc
- Mentoring junior staff
- Collaboration with other team members
- Creating easy to understand reports for presentation to clients

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in a fast paced digital marketing environment
- Experience and strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc..
- Experience in a similar position preferred with hands on experience setting up and optimising campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Data analytics experience along with a good eye for detail
