**Who are we?**

Wintringham is a not-for-profit organisation providing an extensive range of aged care, housing and related support services to men and women aged 50-plus who have been homeless or at risk of homelessness. We employ over 900 staff and operate from multiple offices across Melbourne, Hobart and regional Victoria. Our Head Office provides the strategic direction and support services for Wintringham’s residential, housing, community care and NDIS services.

**Your new role**

**Your duties and responsibilities will also include (but are not limited to)**:

- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process across the organisation including advertising, pre-screening and selection, interview and new starter documentation
- Develop and advise on recruitment and selection tools, such as, preparing interview guides and conducting interviews (when required), group interviews, panel interviews, assessment centres, reference checks and other supporting methodologies.
- Review and create engaging content to add value to advertisements, ensuring text accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Partnering with hiring managers to map and maintain quality talent pipelines for future opportunities

**About you**

You are minimum tertiary qualified (Diploma or higher) in Human Resources or equivalent professional experience in the field of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, and supporting by the following experience:

- Good working knowledge of HR processes, policies and software
- Experience in aged care and/or homelessness industry (desirable)
