**What you’ll do**
- Nurture prospective learners through the recruitment pipeline
- Support applicants from first contact through to enrolment
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and VETtrak
- Stay up-to-date with products and industry knowledge to enhance learner engagement

**What you’ll bring**
- Experience delivering high-level customer service in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous development
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to team success

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate - but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

**Bonus points for**
- Call centre or education experience
- Salesforce knowledge
- A proven sales track record
