Restaurant Supervisor

**About Us**:
Located in the heart of Katoomba in the beautiful Blue Mountains is the iconic Carrington Hotel. Home to the Grand Dining Room fine dining restaurant and Champagne Charlie's Cocktail Bar, this multi-faceted venue also caters for weddings, social and corporate events. On-site you will find The Old City Bank Bar & Brasserie, serving the best pub-style food in Katoomba, and our live music venue, the Baroque Room.

**The Role**:
As an experienced Restaurant Team Leader, you will be responsible for the daily operation of our food and beverage outlets within The Carrington Hotel’s Main House. Your passion for delivering quality service will see you lead and mentor our dynamic team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

**About You**
- Have a passion for delivering quality service.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities to motivate and mentor your team.
- Knowledge of food and beverages including coffee, wine and cocktails.
- Proven organisational skills and diplomacy in dealing with delicate situations.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Valid NSW RSA Certificate
