Here’s a bit about the role
We are looking for our next champion Clinic Manager to lead a team of highly passionate laser & skin therapists and cosmetic injectors. The role involves driving Clinic sales performance, coaching team members, and setting a high standard through hands-on interactions with clients. As a leader, you will guide the team to become experts in our services, ensuring a client experience that fosters loyalty.

Interested? Here is what you’ll need to be successful
- A Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy highly regarded
- Demonstrated interpersonal and positive communication skills that inspire and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-performing teams, demonstrating leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency and excellence in clinic operations.
- Proven ability to exceed Clinic sales targets, both personal and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), highlighting a results-driven approach.
- While not essential, experience with medical-grade devices such as Candela Laser and Body Contouring is a valuable asset.
