This part-time position will provide mentoring, training and education designed to facilitate career advancement and allow our team to be the best they can be. We ensure our Law Clerks are well supported and have all the resources they require to represent clients with respect to the many facets of law.

With this opportunity you will gain experience in the following,
- Acting as the first point of contact for the principal solicitor, taking messages and relaying information as required
- Draft letters, legal documents, and contracts that suit the requirements of each client
- Diary management including scheduling of client appointments and other deadlines for principal and junior solicitor/s
- File management and administration including maintaining database records and physical files.

As the ideal applicant you will have the following
- Studying towards a Bachelor of Law or equivalent
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sound judgment and a can-do attitude
- Has strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to work up to 3 days, full time per week
