Experienced Bookkeeper

About the Company

Agile Bookkeeping Solutions is a Bookkeeping business that offers bookkeeping to small and medium sized businesses and works with clients from varying industries. We are looking for a bookkeeper - 2+ years' experience to join our friendly team in our office in Broadmeadows VIC 3047.

Duties
- General bookkeeping duties including reconciling bank accounts, loan accounts and other general ledger accounts
- Great understanding of Single payroll Touch (STP2)
- Dealing with all compliance items such as processing payroll, BAS, IAS, STP, Superannuation, leave entitlements, and Work cover, etc
- You can proficiently process and complete QuickBooks, MYOB & Xero accounts, reconciliations, payroll, and BAS
- Liaising directly with clients, accountants and ATO.
- Preparing monthly management accounts and reports with commentary
- Full function accounts payable and receivable
- You enjoy the structure of tasks and timelines and thrive on getting things done
- You can speak, write, and read English fluently and communicate with others with ease.

Previous working experience in a similar role under Australian rules and regulations

Exposure to QuickBooks and Xero preferred

Computer literate and able to pick up new software easily

Punctual with attention to detail

Strong multi-tasking capability

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
