- **Blueprint Reading**: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and precision in fabrication and assembly tasks.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot fabrication issues.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
