We are looking for a **high-performing Business Development Executive** to **expand our reach and drive sales** by leveraging **existing industry connections**. This is a **hunter role**, where you’ll play a key part in building relationships, securing new business, and positioning JK Farm Fresh as the **go-to fresh produce supplier** for major industries.
**Target Customers**:
- **Supermarkets & Grocery Stores** - Helping retailers optimize fresh produce sourcing with our streamlined ordering system.
- **Hospitality & Events** - Supplying premium, fresh produce to restaurants, hotels, catering businesses, and event organizers.
- **Healthcare** - Meeting the fresh food demands of hospitals, aged care facilities, and healthcare providers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Leverage your industry network** to introduce JK Farm Fresh to key decision-makers and **close deals quickly**.
- **Identify, target, and secure new clients** across **supermarkets, grocery stores, hospitality, events, and healthcare**.
- **Develop and manage relationships** with high-value customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- **Analyze market trends** to craft tailored business strategies and stay ahead of competitors.
- **Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline**, proactively generating leads and opportunities.
- **Represent JK Farm Fresh** at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- **Work closely with internal teams** to align strategies and optimize customer experience.
- **Utilize CRM systems** to track sales performance and manage client interactions efficiently.
**Who We’re Looking For**:
- A **seasoned business development or sales professional** with a strong **track record in fresh produce, FMCG, or wholesale**.
- A **solid network of decision-makers** in **supermarkets, grocery stores, hospitality, events, and healthcare**.
- A **self-motivated deal-closer** with a passion for driving growth and a hunger for success.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to **create long-lasting client partnerships**.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and sales strategy skills.
- Proficiency in **CRM software** and **Microsoft Office Suite**.
- Previous experience in **fresh produce, food service, or wholesale distribution** is a major advantage.
