**About the Role**

The core objectives of Perks’ Managers is to, under the leadership and guidance of a Director, take day-to-day responsibility for team management (performance / performance reviews / training & development etc), timely completion of client requirements (workflow) and the management of client relationships.

**Responsibilities**
- Management & leadership of team
- Training & development
- Role model & leader within the firm
- Provision of premium tax & accounting services to a diverse range of clients
- “Value add” / consulting based advice to clients
- Client account management
- Support to Directors

**Skills and Experience**

***
Some of the skills, experience and attributes that you would bring to the role are:

- Business / Accounting degree qualified
- CA or CPA qualifications
- Prior experience in a supervisory / managerial role within a professional practice environment (essential)
- Prior experience working in a mid-tier accounting firm (desirable)
- Extensive knowledge of accounting standards
- Knowledge of legislative and compliance requirements
- Ability to engage and manage client expectations
- Able to build trust and rapport with clients to become their trusted adviser
- Ability to competently use Microsoft Word and Excel
