With a perfect size of 25 people, this well-established architectural studio has been collaborating to provide our city with landmark projects within the mixed-use and multi-residential sectors. Not only contributing to architecture but also specialising in planning and urban design, they are well known for their high standards and quality work.

**DUTIES.**
- Provide clients with site investigations and planning proposals
- Review, understand, and articulate strategic and statutory reports
- Stretch relationships with clients and other parties involved
- Solve complex challenges and manage the team during the planning stage

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Tertiary qualification in Urban Planning or similar discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in planning and related fields
- Strong understanding of governmental regulations and planning policy
- Drive for success and expertise in maintaining long-term relationships with clients
- Extraordinary communication and presentation skills
