We offer tuition for students from Grade 1 through to VCE and are committed to providing exceptional educational support.

**About the Role**:
**Subject**: English
**Target Group**: Primary and High School Students (Year 1 to Year 10)
**Location**: Cranbourne / Clyde North

This role combines tutoring with content creation. In addition to delivering effective lessons, you'll contribute to the development of engaging, curriculum-aligned learning materials and resources.

**Responsibilities**:
**Tutoring**:

- Deliver engaging and effective tutoring in small group sessions.
- Assist students in building strong foundational knowledge, developing effective study habits, and reaching their academic goals.
- Correct and provide constructive feedback on students' work.
- Clearly communicate concepts to students and parents.

**Content Creation**:

- Design and develop educational worksheets, practice papers, and lesson materials tailored to the Victorian Curriculum.
- Create digital and print content that enhances student learning in English, including grammar, comprehension, and essay writing resources.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve and update teaching resources.
- Adapt content to suit different year levels and learning styles.

**Selection Criteria**:
**Education**:

- University graduates or final-year students pursuing a degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related fields are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Must have completed primary and secondary education (VCE) in Victoria, with a strong performance in English Language or English Literature.
- ATAR score of 85+ required.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Strong command of the English language and excellent written communication skills.
- Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or developing educational content is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with the Victorian Curriculum is preferred.

**Availability**:

- Must be reliable and available to work on weekends and after-school hours.

**Certifications**:

- Must hold a current VIT registration or a valid Working with Children Check.
