**About the role at SafetyCulture**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join our Global Finance Operations team.

As an aspiring finance professional, you will kickstart your SafetyCulture career by initially supporting our global finance team in accounts receivables. In this role you will gain wide exposure to the broader finance function and develop a strong foundation for future career progression.

Your strong attention to detail combined with your exceptional communication skills and can do attitude will see you solve customer problems effectively and seal your success in growing your finance career with Australia's fastest growing Global Tech Unicorn.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Financial Statement Creation and Reporting - Produce financial statements and reports in a timely manner to support business needs and decisions
- Accounts Payable and Receivable Management - Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable, issue invoices and undertake reconciliations
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights

- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
