**Your Opportunity**
- Prepare, review and issue invoices and account statements according to company procedures
- transfer direct billing accounts daily from guest ledger to Accounts Receievable
- Ensures that property billings are sent error free and in a timely manner
- Reconcile daily credit card payments and investigate any variance
- Provide training to operation team on credit card procedures
- Assist with managing credit card payments solutions in compliance with PCI
- Investigate credit card chargebacks and respond in a timely manner
- Reconcile reward reimbursements
- Allocate daily bank payment according to remittance advice
- completes accounts receivable period end closing functions and procedures, credit and period end reporting
- Upholds the policies and procedures outlined in the credit policy
- Monitor open folios and master accounts
- Compiles, codes, categorises, calculates, tabulates, audits or verifies information or data.
