**About the Role**
My client is looking for two strong Credit Officers to come and join their team on initial 6 month Fixed Term Contracts assisting the team in a busy period as they have recently transitioned systems to a new software (Netsuite) they are a highly flexible organisation and operate a hybrid working model with the team coming to the office 1 day per week (minimum) but with the flex to come in 5 days if you wish

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Manage reconciliation and allocation of funds from all payment sources
- Manage debtor follow up, including the provision of statements at month end
- Manage weekly invoicing of clients as well as client invoicing liaison and relationship management
- Maintain and update financial and participant records for clients
- Proactively communicating with clients to discuss funding allocation to cover services booked with the business
- Manage reconciliation of claims and investigate discrepancies
- Work with the NDIS to resolve service booking payment issues and errors, as they arise

**The successful applicant should have**:

- Previous experience in a credit, invoicing, accounting or financial processing role
- Experience providing exceptional customer service with the ability to think on your feet and provide great solutions
- Experience working with financial systems and Excel
- Be a hands-on team player with the ability to work in a collaborative and integrated environment
- Can communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Uses problem solving, creativity, resilience and initiative to find the right solution for each individual
- Is eager to work in a fast paced and flexible environment
