We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated male/female Casual Disability

Support Workers to join our dynamic team to support our clients. This role

involves providing high-quality, person-centered support to individuals with various

disabilities in their homes and communities. You will play a crucial role in assisting

our clients to live independently, participate in their community, and achieve their

personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting clients with community participation and social outings.
- Implementing support plans and promoting clients' independence.
- Providing personal care if needed and assistance with daily living activities.
- Building strong, positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.

Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times.

About You:

- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role or a strong desire to learn.
- Certificate III in Disability Support Services or similar qualification is desirable

but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the varying needs of clients.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- A current Working with Children Check, NDIS Screening Check, and National

Police Check.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Annual bonus

Work Location: In person
