**The Role**

We have a great new role for a Banking & Collections Team Leader to join our fun and supportive NAR family. The primary purpose of this role is to lead the Accounts Receivable and Banking function across all related businesses and revenue streams.

**Key Tasks**
- Coach and mentor direct and indirect reports and support the wider Finance team
- Provide reporting to the Finance Manager and Leadership team around aged receivables and problem accounts
- Timely, consistent, and structured approach to collecting amounts due using a process that is compliant with the business’ debtor insurance policy and agreed processes
- Identifying payment issues and bad debt exposure early
- Efficient resolution of customer invoicing or other credit request issues whilst ensuring compliance with internal systems and processes
- Daily monitoring of accounts and weekly review of unallocated sales transaction report
- Accurate and timely processing and allocation of all customer payments, invoices, and credit notes
- Utilising offshore team for agreed AR tasks
- Customer set up and maintenance of the customer database in AP21
- Review and release of orders on Credit block in line with Debtor insurance and NAR internal process
- Develop and maintain positive and fair relationships with key customer accounts
- Identification and implementation of improved processes and procedures

**About you**
- Bachelors degree
- Prior people management or mentoring experience
- Proven 2-year experienceas a Collection Specialist or similar role (required)
- Proven 2-year experienceas a Bank Reconciliation Specialist or similar role (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year
