**Casual Support Worker - Age & Disability Services (Hawkesbury Area, NSW)**

We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and qualified **Support Worker** to join our team on a **casual basis**. This role involves providing person-centred care and assistance with daily living support needs.

**About the Role**:

- Casual position with flexible hours
- Support delivered in the participant’s private home and community
- Duties include personal care, community access, transportation, domestic support, and companionship
- Respecting participant choice and control at all times
- Working under the NDIS Code of Conduct and relevant practice standards

**To be successful, you must have**:

- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or Aged Care
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid and CPR Certification (current)
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence (required for transport shifts)
- Proof of right to work in Australia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, respectful, and trauma-informed approach
