Bartender

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests and take drink orders in a friendly, timely manner
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes
- Ensure guests are of legal drinking age and drink responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service laws
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and surfaces
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
- Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and use the POS system
- Make recommendations based on customer preferences and upsell drinks or promotions
- Work collaboratively with servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Follow opening and closing procedures for the bar
- Stay updated on current drink trends, seasonal cocktails, and menu changes

**Requirements**:

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
