Our busy Central Coast clinics located in Erina, Long Jetty and Brisbane Waters are seeking a customer focused and dedicated medical receptionist/contact centre agent to rotate between the 3 clinics. This role is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday with 7.5 hour shifts between 5:45am to 9pm and optional weekend work.

What will you be doing?
- Be the first point of contact for patients at reception
- Taking inbound calls as part of our internal contact centre
- Making appointments for clinics using multiple computer systems
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues and managers

**Key selection criteria**:

- Previous medical reception/contact centre experience (highly desirable)
- Ability to multitask while using multiple computer systems
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
