**Based in Wallsend Head Office**

**Role Objective**

Work closely with Allied Health managers to source, attract, and recruit qualified physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech pathologists for Sublime Care.

**To be successful in this position, your cover letter should identify how you meet the following criteria**:

- Experience in internal or agency recruitment
- Proficient use of various ATS and platforms such as Seek and LinkedIn
- Skills in negotiating compensation, contract terms, and job offers to align with organisational needs
- Knowledge of employment laws, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards, including the Fair Work Act and NDIS/Aged Care requirements
- Evidence of a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and COVID-19 double vaccination status.

Established in 2019, we began with a small but dedicated team, united by a shared vision: to be a guiding light for people with disabilities, helping them navigate the complexities of the NDIS with ease.

Today, we employ 160+ employees across the Hunter, Central Coast and Sydney regions, who provide person-centred support services to over 400 participants.

Our services include Aged Care (CHSP), Community Care and Accommodation (NDIS), Support Coordination (NDIS), and Allied Health (CHSP and NDIS).
