Join the Dynamic Central Coast & Hunter HCA Team. HCA are on the lookout for a high-energy, people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant team, based in our Charlestown office. What You'll Be Doing
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates (RNs, ENs, AINs, etc.) in accordance with HCA and client requirements.
  • Advertise job vacancies using various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Undertake phone and face to face interviews with prospective candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct reference checks, credential verifications, and pre-employment checks (police clearances, immunizations, etc.).
  • Maintain and update candidate records and ensure all documentation is compliant with industry standards.
  • Assist with the onboarding process, including inductions, training, and credentialing.
  • Liaise with internal team to understand staffing needs and provide timely recruitment solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future staffing demands.
  • Attend recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and attract talent.
  • Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to healthcare staffing.
