We're seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Revenue Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our revenue cycle by raising and collecting patient fees.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Operations Manager - Revenue Services, the Revenue Officer is responsible for raising all patient accounts with a focus on private and compensable patients. Your day to day will include:

- Accurately generating and collecting patient accounts.
- Managing aged trial balances and rejections from Medicare and Private Health funds.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implementing effective strategies to support revenue growth and maximise debtor recovery for RMH.
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and staff.

- Experience in hospital billing and debt collection.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
