**In this role, you'll**:
Report to the Manager Operational Capability Development within the Coordinator General division in a temporary full-time role (up to 12 months). You will uplift the capability of our Operational Management teams. You will design, deliver and maintain training and assessment programs, ensure accurate competency records, and provide regular reporting.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in operational environments such as tunnel operations, transport management or large-scale infrastructure projects, with a background in 24/7 operations.
The position is based onsite at McLeod’s Shoot, with possible travel required to deliver training at other sites.

**About you**

Experience in a frontline operational environment - such as transport management, incident response or emergency management will be highly regarded.
To be successful, you will hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or a higher adult education qualification) or be willing to obtain this in a short timeframe. A valid Australian driver’s licence is required, along with the flexibility to work outside standard hours and travel as needed across NSW.
