**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for an experienced Laser Cutter / Press Brake Operator to become a key part of our fabrication team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our modern and well-equipped Goulburn workshop.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC laser cutting and press brake machinery
- Interpret detailed technical drawings and job orders
- Perform accurate measuring, cutting, forming, and finishing of metal components
- Carry out machine adjustments and troubleshoot production issues
- Conduct quality checks to ensure components meet specifications
- Perform general fabrication tasks such as grinding, deburring, and finishing
- Maintain safe and tidy work practices in line with WHS standards

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience operating CNC laser cutting and press brake equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Competent in using precision measuring tools and working to tight tolerances
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and pride in workmanship
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a workshop environment
- Team player who can also work independently

**Desirable but not essential**:

- Forklift licence

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- CNC laser cutting: 1 year (preferred)
- Press brake machine: 1 year (preferred)
