**About the Role**

We are looking for experienced and motivated Sheet Metal Workers / Duct Installers to join our team on upcoming residential and commercial projects across Sydney. The successful applicants will be responsible for the installation of metal ductwork and HVAC components, ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard.

**Key Responsibilities**
- On-site assembly and Installation of sheet metal ductwork, flexible ducts, and associated fittings according to project plans and specifications.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal components using hand and power tools.
- On-site fitting and assembling metal components into a final metal ductwork.
- Assist with the installation and fitting of fan coil units (FCUs), large metal exhaust and supply fans.
- Read and interpret mechanical and engineering drawings and site layouts.
- Secure metal ductwork and assemblies using appropriate supports and fixings.
- Inspect completed installations to ensure accuracy, airflow, and compliance with standards.
- Work collaboratively with other trades and site supervisors.

**About You (Skills and Experience**
- At least three years of work experience in sheet metal or duct installation preferred.
- Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (Sheetmetal), but not essential.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Team work and people skills.
- Commitment to health and safety procedures.

Pay: $76,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
