**The role**:
Reporting into the COO, we are seeking to appoint a collaborative, personable and experienced Technology Trainer to join our Sydney office on a full-time basis. This role will form a critical part of our corporate services team and could include:
- Providing instructor led classroom training to groups and individuals;
- Assisting staff both by phone and in person with technical issues to best assist our technology support team;
- Leading inductions professionally and efficiently;
- Managing onboarding and offboarding of technology equipment with the wider Technology & People & Development teams;
- Working with the training team to enhance and deliver best practise training;
- Lead by example with following technology and security procedures;
- Supporting and advising our staff, including problem solving assistance; across a range of identified areas.
- New processes and systems implementation and training;
- Writing and implementing training manuals for the firm;
- Review and document enquiries and solutions for inclusion in Frequently Asked Questions;
- Provide timely resolution and responsiveness;
- Be professional, possessing exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The successful applicant will use their initiative, be pro-active, ambitious, capable and motivated.
An understanding of the professional services industry, legal terminology and legislative requirements is important, but not mandatory.
