We are a small manufacturer of dairy desserts and are looking for a Process Production Worker. Duties include ingredients preparation, batch preparation, machine assembly and operation, packing and cleaning. You will get good training in all areas and be a valuable member of a small team of 5-6. The position is **full-time hours, Monday - Friday** starting by 6am and finishing by 2-3pm. Enjoy weekends and evenings with your family. Award rates with penalties/overtime.

Preference will go to anyone with prior food experience but also looking for people who would be happy to learn many skills and be a collaborative team member. We have a history of employing people on a full-time basis even through covid as security of hours is something we all like to have. We try to work around your needs as well so if 5 days is something you can't do please feel free to talk to us about whether there is flexibility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Duties**

**Food Hygiene**
- Ability to follow all cleaning and handling processes in the production room
- At all times to follow hand-washing, gloving and sanitation instructions

**Equipment Cleaning and Maintenance**
- Required to follow all cleaning and sanitation instructions of equipment and utensils at all times. This includes at beginning of day, end of product run and end of day

**Assembly of Machines**
- Required to assemble equipment and machines ready for production

**Machine Operation**
- Be experienced or comfortable with operating mixing and filling-line machinery

**Preparation of Ingredients & Batches**
- Able to follow recipes, cooking processes and prepare ingredients for use
- Ensure correct labels and use-by dates

**Packing of Products into Boxes**
- Check that cups are sealed off production line
- Able to pack finished product into cartons. Ensure cartons are clean, properly sealed and that product is stored in cool room in a timely manner

**Team Collaboration**
- Able to work collaboratively with small Production team

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 42 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
- Overtime

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Campbellfield, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
